Well done to Channel Clusters Programme participant, Goatsbridge Premium Irish Trout, for a 2-page feature in the current edition of Food & Wine Magazine (July/ August 2010).


Goatsbridge trout, whose fans include celebrity chef Kevin Dundon according to the article, is already widely available through Superquinn and Supervalu.

Managing Director, Mag Kirwan, is using the IEA business development programme to assess the export opportunity for her Co. Kilkenny based, Goatsbridge brand.
