G's Gourmet Jams is a family owned business, run by Helen Gee. G's was set up in 1998 and is based on a farm near Abbeyleix, Co Laois. It produces a range of premium jams, chutneys and relishes in addition to some seasonal lines.

Ribworld: was established in 2004 by Danish born Bo Nielsen and is based in Clonmel, Co Tipperary.

JM Food Services: is owned by John and Rosita Moyles and based in Navan, Co Meath. JM Food Services was established in 2004 and produces a wide range of ready meals and salads. It employs 23 people. 

Glenstal Foods: was founded in 1995 (as Fayrefield Food Products) and is based in Murroe, Co Limerick.  Glenstal is Ireland's leading independent dairy trading and marketing company

Inagh Goats Cheese and Kush Seafarms: Inagh Goats Cheese and Kush Seafarms are jointly owned. Inagh Farm House Cheese Ltd. produces the St Tola Organic Goats Cheese in the townland of Inagh, just south of the Burren in Co Clare.

Island Seafoods: Island Seafoods Ltd is a fish processing business, established in 1987, and based in Killybegs, Co. Donegal.
