The McCaughey family has been involved in the turkey business since 1951. In 2002 a state of the art cooked meats factory was built a short distance from the original site in Broomfield, Castleblayney, Co.Monaghan. A separate company was established by Derek, Mairead and Catherine McCaughey, producing not only turkey but a full range of cooked and sliced meats for the catering, retail and foodservice markets. Our business continues to grow year on year.
