The foodservice operator, 3663, has shown interest and wants to hear more from 5 of the companies that exhibited at the IEA stand at IFE in London in March. 

These companies are Knockdrinna Farmhouse Cheese, St Tola Organic Goats Cheese, Coolattin Cheddar, Ummera Smoked Products and Safa Food.  3663, which is one of the biggest foodservice companies in the UK, also has a speciality food division called Gifford's Fine Foods.

The IEA stand coordinator, Jane Newbigging, of Context Business Solutions, interfaced with 3663 at the IFE exhibition on behalf of the IEA's participants and followed up with 3663 after the show.  Jane's perseverence has been rewarded. She will be in touch with all 5 companies today and tomorrow to advise them to send samples to 3663's head office in the UK.
