The IEA will be taking 8 companies to the IFE exhibition in the ExCel in London from March 13th to 16th 2011.  These companies are participating on the IEA's Channel Clusters Programme*.

The 8 companies are Dunhill Cuisine;  Ummera Smoked Products; Knockdrinna Farmhouse Cheese; Dragon Nutrition; Safa Food; McEvoy Family Foods; St Tola Goats Cheese/ Kush Seafarms and Coolattin Cheddar.

A meeting will take place in the Maldron Hotel in Portlaoise on Thursday 17th February to go through the planning requirements for the exhibition.

This is the second group of companies that the IEA have taken to a major UK exhibition as part of the Channel Clusters Programme.  The IEA also attended the Food and Drink Expo in the NEC in Birmingham in March 2010.
