The IEA will be bringing 8 food companies to the IFE in London in March. These companies are all participants on the Channel Clusters Programme*.

The participants include Helen Finnegan of Knockdrinna Farmhouse Cheese; Ahmed Roshdi and Paul Waters of Safa Food; Deirdre Collins of Dee's Wholefood Burgers; Anthony Creswell of Ummera Smoked Products; Siobhán Donnelly of Dragon Nutrition and Gráinne Casey of Kush Seafarms and St Tola Goats Cheese.

A meeting will take place on Thursday 17th February in the Maldron Hotel in Portlaoise to go through each company's requirements for the show. Celine Cummins of Propshop will be in attendance and will manage the setting up of the stand for the IEA.

The IFE is the UK's largest and most important food and drink trade event in 2011. It takes place every second year and, according to the organisers, the last event in 2009 attracted over 22,000 visitors with buyers from 83 countries attending.
