The speakers included Gordon Walker, the Trading Controller of Landmark Wholesale; Liam Gilbert of IDG; Rob Cross, Dairy Trader, Oakland International; Tadhg O'Donovan, Glenilen Farm; Mark Hancock, Kosy Shack and a speaker from Mae and Rayburn.
This was the second in a series of events to be run by Oakland. The first one took place last September in the Mariott Hotel in Ashbourne.
Dean Attwell, MD of Oakland International, gave a company presentation to the IEA Food and Drink Council in August 2009.
Godfrey Lydon advised Channel Clusters participants to attend this event. Paul Waters of Safa Food, Anthony Creswell of Ummera Smoked Products, Helen Finnegan of Knockdrinna Farmhouse Cheese and Deirdre Collins of Dee's Wholefoods attended. |
