Knockdrinna, who exhibited with the Irish Exporters Association at IFE 2011 in London in mid-March, was once again a medal winner at the annual British Cheese Awards in Cardiff late last year, winning a silver medal for its hard goat’s cheese, Knockdrinna Meadow, and a bronze medal for its soft white goat’s cheese, Knockdrinna Snow.
