All companies have now been recruited onto the 2010 Celtic Recipes Programme. With regard to the geographic locations of the companies, 8 are in the Munster; 6 are in Leinster and 2 are in Connacht.
In terms of categories, 4 are producing bakery products; 3 are in the ready meals sector; 2 are producing meat products; 2 make juices and smoothies; 2 are ice cream manufacturers and the 3 other categories represented are hot beverages, alcoholic drinks and condiments.
