There is strong interest in the 2011 Celtic Recipes Programme with 4 companies enrolled so far.  In addition, there are 6 others who are committed to enrolling on the programme very shortly. 

The companies that have joined the programme are:

O'Dwyer Fine Foods, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Owner: Una O'Dwyer
Simply Direct, Rathcoole, Dublin. Owner: Mark Capaldi
Goldshield Products, Kells, Co. Meath. Owners: John and Karen Kerrigan 
MV Foods (McArdle Meats), Dundalk, Co. Louth. Owner: Keith Shortt

The mentoring for this first group of participants will begin in April.

The full 15 companies will be recruited by the end of May.
