Final 3 Companies Confirmed for Celtic Recipes |

The final 3 companies have enrolled on the Celtic Recipes programme for 2011. They are Power Lawlor, Dublin (drinks) ; Moran's Butchers, Ballina (meat) and Dunhill Castle in Waterford (drinks).
The mentoring will take place during October and November 2011. Sheila Gallogly will mentor 'Moran's Butchers' and 'Dunhill Castle'. Ronan Gillespie will mentor 'Power Lawlor'. |

12 Companies Now Enrolled on Programme, Only 3 places Remain! |

12 companies have now enrolled on the Celtic Recipes Programme in 2011. Each have received two full days of mentoring by an industry expert as well as an invitation to one of the IEA's 3 distribution workshops, taking place in the Autumn.

Recruitment for 2010 Programme Now Complete |

All companies have now been recruited onto the 2010 Celtic Recipes Programme. With regard to the geographic locations of the companies, 8 are in the Munster; 6 are in Leinster and 2 are in Connacht.
