Celtic Recipes Update June 2011 |

There are currently 7 companies enrolled in the Celtic Recipes Programme: Banshee Spirits Ireland, Kyles Kitchen, Simply Direct, Donald Russell Meats, O’Dwyer Fine Foods, Kerrigans Mushrooms (Goldshield Products) and McArdle Meats (MV Foods).
In addition, 3 more companies will join the programme shortly. They are Drombeg Spirits, Co. Cork; Kilbeg Dairies, Co. Meath and G's Gourmet Jams, Co. Laois.

March Up Date - Four Companies Enrolled on Programme |

So far this year, 4 companies have enrolled on the Celtic Recipes Programme and there is strong interest from many others. They are: O'Dwyer Fine Foods in Cashel, Co. Tipperary; Simply Direct, Dublin; Goldshield Mushrooms, Co. Meath and MV Foods, Co Louth.
More will be anounced shortly.
Activity to be Undertaken on Programme:
O'Dwyer Fine Foods: 1)To Develop the Una O’ Dwyer Story around the business. 2) Brand positioning and Review current Brand identity.
Goldshield (Kerrigans) Mushrooms: 1) Branding and Packaging Development for 3 new products 2) Develop a Facebook Campaign to drive Brand Awareness 3) Development of a top line Marketing Plan
Simply Direct: 1) Design of Brand and Packaging for new product. 2) Route to Market Strategy: Detailed launch plan and strategy to generate product trial and repeat purchase.
MV Foods (McArdle Meats) 1)PR Activities - To ensure maximum exposure for brand as a result of recent school's cookery initiative in Counties Louth and Monaghan, including the development of a PR piece, syndicated to local media and press. 2) Development of Brand Guidelines document. 3) Development of a Ready Meals Brand for a range of ready meals already sold through Mc Ardle Meats' 4 retail outlets. It is expected that this range could eventually be sold in other retail outlets. |
